Complete the Service Request form and tell us what you need—anything from a plumber to a financial planner. On the request form, choose to use our concierge service or contact the Member Provider(s) directly.

If you choose to work with our concierge they will call you within a few minutes for a quick consultation, so we fully understand your needs. Our concierge matches you with up to 3 top-tier professionals from our private network of MBR service providers. Work directly with providers or choose to work with our Concierge.

Then, the MBR Member Provider(s) will contact you as soon as possible to get all of the details of the service you are looking for and provide a quote or proposal.

Referral from an existing member

Strong track record of client satisfaction

Performance is monitored on every project. You’ll receive a follow-up request for feedback—and we take that seriously. Providers who don’t meet our standards don’t stay in the network.

How fast will I get a response?

Service requests are matched within minutes. If it’s an emergency (like a plumbing problem) you can reach out to the MBR providers directly.

What if I’m not happy with the selected provider?

We take that seriously. If you are not happy, contact us immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. Your feedback is shared directly with our customer service team. If something feels off, we’ll attempt to make it right—and we won’t send that provider again unless the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Accountability is what sets us apart.

Can I ask for someone I’ve worked with before?

Yes. If your preferred MBR Member provider is in our network, we’ll prioritize them. If not, we’ll do our best to find someone with the same level of excellence and professionalism.

Do I have to pay to use the concierge service?

No, not at all! If you choose to use our concierge service, it’s complimentary as part of being an MBR client. You only pay the provider for their work.

How do you choose who to recommend?

Every provider in our network has been vetted, reviewed, and referred. When you submit a request, we match you with up to 3 top providers based on the various aspects of the service you require. You’ll only hear from people who are ready, available, and qualified.

If I know a great service provider who is not part of the MBR Directory, can I recommend them to MBR?

Definitely, we are always looking for a few more great professionals! Just have them contact us and we’ll take it from there.

What if I need someone urgently?

Just complete a service request and reach out to an identified MBR provider directly. Let them know what you need and get a professional on the project!
