How fast will I hear back?

If you wish to deal directly with the MBR Providers you will receive their contact information within minutes of filling out the Request form. If you would like to work with our concierge, one will contact you within a few minutes.

Is there a fee to use My Best Referral?

No. Access to our MBR Provider network and our concierge service is completely free for MBR clients. There are no fees, markups, or referral commissions added to your service. We don’t get paid based on who you choose. That means our only job is to connect you with providers who are the best fit —nothing more, nothing less.

What if I need someone urgently?

Just text or call us directly. If you have an urgent issue (like a burst pipe, same-day repair, or last-minute request), we’ll flag your request as high priority. Our concierge team will escalate your need and work to get a vetted provider in touch with you as quickly as possible—often within the hour.

Can I request someone I’ve worked with before?

Absolutely. If you had a great experience with a provider in the MBR network, we’re happy to reconnect you with them for future projects. Just mention their name when submitting your request, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if I’m not satisfied with the provider I’m matched with?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. After every referral, we follow up to ensure the experience meets your expectations. If something isn’t right—or the provider wasn’t a fit—we’ll rematch you with a better-suited professional. And we use your feedback to hold providers accountable. This is a partnership, and your voice helps shape the network

If I know a great service provider who is not part of the MBR Directory, can I recommend them to MBR?

Definitely, we are always looking for a few more great professionals! Just have them contact us and we’ll take it from there.
