All fees are due within five (5) business days of acceptance.

Monthly Membership: $99.00 (First 6 months free, $99 per month after)
Application Terms, Conditions & Certifications
By submitting and executing this Application, you consent to the disclosure of the information provided herein to third parties, including but not limited to MBR affiliates, vendors, MBR members, prospective customers, and clients for purposes related to your MBR membership or other MBR business operations. You also consent to receive communications from MBR, its affiliates, vendors, and MBR members. Such communications may be conducted through any electronic means, including but not limited to email, text messages, and other digital communication channels, for purposes related to MBR membership and business operations.
PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MBR AGREEMENT, MBR SHALL NOT DISCLOSE MBR MEMBERS’ CONTACT INFORMATION (CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS, AND INDIVIDUALS) TO ANY OTHER MBR MEMBER. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT MBR MAY DISCLOSE MBR MEMBER’S CONTACT INFORMATION TO MBR VENDORS AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF MARKETING THE MBR DIRECTORY.
MEMBERSHIP TERM. The initial term of any MBR membership shall be one (1) year. The term shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term, and MBR's then-current membership fees shall apply to any renewal term. In the interest of MBR members generally and their customers, MBR also reserves the right to terminate any MBR membership for any reason at any time in MBR’s sole discretion.
NO-REFUNDS. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, UPON ACCEPTANCE, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUNDS WITH RESPECT TO ANY FEES OR OTHER PAYMENTS PAID TO MBR.
AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. By executing this Application, you agree to be bound by all guidelines and policies, including, but not limited to, the MBR Membership Terms and Conditions and the MBR Code of Ethics, as they may be published or updated from time to time upon written notice to you (or made publicly available at www.mybestreferrals.com).
CERTIFICATION. By executing this Application, you certify that all information provided in this Application and any accompanying documents is true and correct. You further acknowledge that any misrepresentation or false statement may be grounds for rejecting your application or, if discovered after acceptance of your application, result in immediate termination at MBR’s sole discretion.
